Tang Dynasty, the golden age of Chinese poetry. Li Bai (李白)is the most famous poet in Tang Dynasty. The poetry was composed by Li Bai. Li Bai was born in 699 and died in 762. Please watch the Flash above and appreciate this Chinese poetry.

In order to let this poetry become easy to understand, I translate it into English, though thus destroyed its artistic conception.

A Thought on a Still Night

The bright moonlight shines in front of my bed,

Looks like frost upon the ground.

I raise my head to watch the moon,

And then bow my head and miss hometown.

静夜思

床前明月光,

疑是地上霜.

举头望明月,

低头思故乡.
